Putting the Power Back in Your Hands
When Matthew and I started C&G Home Inspections our goal was simple--provide comprehensive inspection reports to educate our clients on the condition of their home, while providing unrivaled customer service throughout the entire home buying process. We have been doing this since day one, and it works very well for all parties involved. It wasn't until last week that we "put a name" to our successful strategy. Here is our new, distinctive motto: Your Investment. Your Inspection. Your Day.
Without a doubt, this strategy to provide personalized customer service sets us apart from the competition. While other inspectors may try to hurry through your inspection to get on to their next job--at C&G we know you expect and deserve more. That's why we only schedule one inspection per inspector, per day. This allows us to provide you and your home with our undivided attention while conducting a thorough assessment of the property. You can be confident that Matthew and Christopher are dedicated to serving you throughout the inspection process. After all, it is Your Investment. Your Inspection. Your Day.
We know that buying a home can be stressful and often make you feel rushed to try and meet an overwhelming number of deadlines. We ease this burden by dedicating 100% of our time on your inspection day to you. We take the time to educate and familiarize you with the condition and safety of your new home. Partnering with C&G for your inspection will give you the confidence to make an informed decision at each of these other deadlines.
We treat each home as if it were our own. A couple of examples include wearing shoe covers during the interior portion of every inspection, and using two different sets of ladders--one for inside, and one for outside. With C&G you know you are getting uniformed, respectful, on-time home inspectors. Small details like these give our clients peace of mind when choosing us for their home inspection needs.
Having an inspection completed on your new home is arguably the most important part of the home-buying process--it should not be considered just another box to check to get to closing day. That's why at C&G we are unique in that we encourage our clients to attend and ask questions during the inspection. We have found that this is the best way for you to become intimately familiar with, and confident about, what is likely to be your largest investment.
